Who is Nyx the goddess of?
Nyx, in Greek mythology, female personification of night but also a great cosmogonical figure, feared even by Zeus, the king of the gods, as related in Homer's Iliad, Book XIV.
She has the ability to fly. Being a goddess of darkness, she can wield the darkness and shadows in a physical way and turn into a shadow herself. She can use her powers to blind someone. Her sharp nails can be used as claws.
Her ability to bring sleep or death unto to the human race. This is not the goddess to mess with. Zeus even feared Nyx because she was older and stronger than him. She is the only goddess he's ever feared.
It is commonly thought that Nyx is the only goddess that Zeus is truly afraid of because she is older and more powerful than him. This traces back to one story in which Hera, Zeus' wife and goddess of marriage and childbirth, works together with Hypnos, the god of sleep, to trick Zeus.

That is to say, Nyx is one powerful god. A primordial entity of any mythology generally held gargantuan power over any other gods within the pantheon. To put Nyx's power into perspective, even the Olympian gods struggled with their predecessors from a mere generation before them for a decade.
Strangely enough, however, Nyx also gave spontaneous birth to Philotes (Friendship) — perhaps as a way for the ancient Greeks to intimate that friendship can be a two-way street, with painful betrayal the other side of its coin.
Appearance. Nyx was described as a churning figure of ash and smoke, as big as the Athena Parthenos (which was 40 feet tall). Her face was hard to see except for the pinpoints of her eyes, which shone like quasars. When her wings beat, waves of darkness rolled over the cliffs.
No, not even close. Nyx has more power in one of her nail clippings than Zeus has ever had in his entire life from his birth to his inevitable death if he ever tried to fight her.
Two other gods that are somewhat equatable to Zeus are Poseidon and Hades, brothers of Zeus. Poseidon was the god of the seas, and Hades was the god of the underworld. Both of these gods had similar power to Zeus, but of them, Zeus was ultimately the most powerful.
Is Nyx a Chaos god?
NYX was the goddess of the night, one of the primordial gods (protogenoi) who emerged as the dawn of creation. She was a child of Khaos (Chaos, Air), and coupling with Erebos (Darkness) she produced Aither (Aether, Light) and Hemera (Day).
Hesiod attached negative descriptors to Nyx like "deadly Night" and "evil Night," but the ancient goddess was also the mother of more positive offspring like Hypnos (Sleep), the Oneiroi (Dreams), Geras (Old Age), Thanatos (Peaceful Death) and Philotes, which could mean either Friendship or Sex.
She was married to Erebus and had a number of children, including Nemesis (retribution), Hypnos (sleep), Thanatos (death), Geras (old age), Eris (strife) and Charon (the boatman who brought the souls of the dead to the gates of the underworld).
Nyx then later banishes his body and spirit. When Kalona was banished his brother Erebus took his place at Nyx's side as her protector, but he was never her lover or Consort. Nyx's one and only Consort was and is Kalona.
If you mean, primordial minor goddess, Nyx is definitely the most powerful. She is the Protogenoi of Night and the mother of many "dark gods" like Eris, Thanatos, Akhlys, and etc. Nyx is almost as powerful as Gaea.
Momus – Momus was a son of Nyx who originally did not live near to his mother, but instead resided upon Mount Olympus. Momus though, was the Greek god of Ridicule and Scorn, and so Momus was soon expelled from Mount Olympus by Zeus, after Momus had made fun of the other gods.
Nyx is a daughter of Chaos, a sister of Gaia, and the mother of twin gods Hypnos (Sleep) and Thanatos (Death), of Eris (Strife), Nemesis (Retribution), Moros (Doom), the Fates, and many others.
Nyx is one of the few Skywing Elves who are gifted with wings and is thus capable of flying.
In the clash's aftermath, Nyx manages to stab Glauca, and dies peacefully as he wishes Noctis a healthy rule, his body turning to ash.
Ko named the company NYX after the Greek goddess of the night, and in a Reddit AMA, a spokesperson for NYX said that a lot of people pronounce it wrong. "People often pronounce it N.Y.X. instead of like 'Niks,' so we have to do a better job spreading the word," writes the spokesperson.

Answer: Nyx is related to Hades in the way that their family tree consists of four or five generations, and that's basically it. She is one of the remaining primordial deities and the sister of Gaia, who is the mother of Rhea, who is Hades' mother. This would make Nyx Hades's grandaunt.
